摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性护理模式对宫腔镜术后并发症的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年8月在医院接受宫腔镜手术治疗的患者78例,按随机单盲法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。两组均实施常规手术护理,观察组加用前瞻性手术护理。结果观察组并发症发生率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的23.08%(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度为97.44%,显著高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论前瞻性护理有助于降低宫腔镜术后患者的并发症发生风险,改善不良情绪,提升满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of prospective nursing mode on postoperative complications of hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent hysteroscopy surgery in the hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the single blind method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups received routine surgical care,while the observation group received prospective surgical care.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,which was significantly lower than 23.08%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than 84.62%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing can help reduce the risk of complications in patients undergoing hysteroscopy surgery,improve negative emotions,and enhance satisfaction.
