摘　　要：目的探讨全程跟进式赋能教育及营养管理对鼻咽癌放疗患者康复效果及依从性的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2022年7月1日至2023年10月31日收治的鼻咽癌患者59例,按接受治疗时间的不同分为对照组(29例,2022年7月1日至2023年8月31日)和观察组(30例,2023年9月1日至10月31日)。两组患者均予营养管理,观察组联合全程跟进式赋能教育。结果观察组患者治疗后的疾病认知水平显著高于对照组,营养不良发生率显著低于对照组,血红蛋白及白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组,治疗总依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证医学的全程跟进式赋能教育联合营养管理的护理方式,可有效改善鼻咽癌患者的认知程度,减少营养不良和体质量丢失等问题的发生,确保康复效果,显著提升患者的治疗依从性。Objective To investigate the effect of whole process follow-up empowerment education and nutritional management on the rehabilitation effect and compliance of patients undergoing nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 59 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to the hospital from July 1,2022 to October 31,2023.They were divided into the control group(29 cases,from July 1,2022 to August 31,2023)and the observation group(30 cases,from September 1,2023 to October 31,2023)according to their treatment time.Both groups were given nutritional management,on this basis,and the observation group received comprehensive follow-up empowerment education.Results The disease cognition level in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of malnutrition was significantly lower than that in the control group,the levels of hemoglobin and albumin were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the overall treatment compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process follow-up empowerment education based on evidence-based medicine combined with nutritional management can effectively improve the cognitive level of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,reduce the occurrence of malnutrition and weight loss,ensure rehabilitation effects,and significantly improve patients'treatment compliance.
