摘 要:目的探讨基于行为转变理论的饮食护理对胃癌术后患者营养状况及预后的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在医院行胃癌手术的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予基于行为转变理论的饮食护理,对比护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的体质量,血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平,以及微型营养评价(MNA)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各项评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后进食时间、排气时间、下床时间、住院时长均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于行为转变理论的饮食护理用于胃癌术后患者,可改善其机体营养水平及生活质量,加快预后恢复进程。Objective To investigate the effect of dietary care based on behavioral change theory on the nutritional status and prognosis of patients after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given dietary care based on behavioral change theory,and the nursing effects were compared.Results After the nursing care,the body mass,serum albumin and hemoglobin levels,and micro-nutritional assessment(MNA)scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative feeding time,expiration time,and time to get out of bed and duration of hospitalization was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary care based on behavioral change theory can improve the nutritional level and quality of life of postoperative gastric cancer patients and accelerate the prognosis of recovery.
