摘　　要：目的探讨对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)带管肿瘤出院患者行居家维护模式的临床效果。方法选取医院2023年1月至12月行PICC带管出院肿瘤患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者行返院PICC门诊维护模式,观察组患者行居家维护模式。结果干预后观察组PICC自我管理能力各项评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论居家维护模式在PICC带管肿瘤出院患者中的干预效果较好,可提升患者的PICC自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of home maintenance mode for discharged patients with tumors and central venous catheterization(PICC)via peripheral vein puncture.Methods A total of 60 cancer patients who underwent PICC catheterization and were discharged from the hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent PICC outpatient maintenance mode upon returning to the hospital,while the observation group underwent home maintenance mode.Results After intervention,the PICC self-management ability scores and total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The home maintenance mode has a good intervention effect on discharged patients with PICC tube tumors,which can improve patients'self-management ability of PICC and reduce the incidence of complications.
