摘　　要：目的探讨基于5G技术随访平台的精准护理随访模式在前列腺癌患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2023年1月至2024年1月收治的前列腺癌患者138例,按双色球法随机分为观察组和对照组,各69例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受基于5G技术随访平台的精准护理随访模式。两组患者均连续护理1个月。结果观察组患者的总依从性为97.10%,显著高于对照组的88.40%(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);前列腺癌治疗功能问卷评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于5G技术随访平台的精准护理随访模式在前列腺癌患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提升患者的依从性,缓解不良情绪,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of precision nursing follow-up model based on 5G technology follow-up platform in the care of prostate cancer patients.Methods A total of 138 cases of prostate cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the two-color ball method,with 69 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and the patients in the observation group received precise nursing follow-up mode based on 5G technology follow-up platform.The patients in both groups received continuous nursing care for one month.Results The total adherence rate of patients in the observation group was 97.10%,which was significantly higher than 88.40%in the control group(P<0.05).The depression and anxiety scale scores of both groups were significantly lower after care,and those in the observation group were significantly lower;the score of the Prostate Cancer Treatment Function Questionnaire(PCTFQ)was significantly higher,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accurate nursing follow-up model based on 5G technology follow-up platform in the care of prostate cancer patients is effective,which can improve patients'compliance,alleviate bad emotions and improve the quality of life.
