PDCA循环护理对新生儿静脉留置针穿刺疼痛及静脉炎发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环护理对新生儿静脉留置针穿刺疼痛及静脉炎发生率的影响。方法选取医院2023年1月至2024年1月行新生儿静脉留置针穿刺的患儿100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组均予静脉穿刺护理,观察组增加PDCA循环护理。结果观察组患儿穿刺后1,5 min的加拿大新生儿疼痛评估量表评分分别为(2.33±0.46)分和(1.71±0.33)分,显著低于对照组的(3.21±0.56)分和(2.31±0.41)分(P<0.01);观察组患儿静脉炎发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属总满意率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05)。结论新生儿静脉留置针穿刺过程中采用PDCA循环护理,可显著减轻穿刺时患儿的疼痛程度,降低静脉炎发生率,提高家属的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on the painful venipuncture and incidence of phlebitis in neonates with intravenous indwelling needles.Methods A total of 100 cases of neonates who underwent intravenous puncture from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given intravenous puncture care,on this basis,the observation group was given PDCA cycle care.Results The scores of Canadian Neonatal Pain Assessment Scale in the observation group were(2.33±0.46)points and(1.71±0.33)points at 1 and 5 min after venipuncture,which were significantly lower than(3.21±0.56)points and(2.31±0.41)points in the control group(P<0.01);the incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the families of the children in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle care in the process of neonatal intravenous needle puncture can significantly reduce the degree of pain during puncture,reduce the incidence of phlebitis,and improve the satisfaction of the family.
