综合护理用于持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理用于持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法选取医院2021年2月至2023年2月收治的持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼患者64例,按盲摸双色球法均分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组患者给予一般护理,观察组患者加用综合护理。结果术后,观察组患者眼压及前房深度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可显著改善持续性高眼压状态下原发性闭角型青光眼患者的相关指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意程度。Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing for primary angle-closure glaucoma in persistent high intraocular pressure.Methods Sixty-four patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma in persistent high intraocular pressure admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the blind-touching bicolor ball method,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given general nursing,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing.Results The intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the relevant indexes,complications and nursing satisfaction level of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma in persistent high intraocular pressure.
