摘　　要：目的评价个体化护理在大隐静脉曲张患者中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年8月至2023年6月收治的大隐静脉曲张患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予个体化护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率、康复情况、满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率、负面情绪评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理应用于大隐静脉曲张患者,可提高总有效率和护理满意度,改善预后。Objective To evaluate the application effect of personalized nursing in patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins.Methods A total of 80 patients with varicose veins of the great saphenous vein admitted to the hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group received personalized care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,rehabilitation status,and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and their self-care ability was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and negative emotion scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing applied to patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins can improve overall effectiveness and nursing satisfaction,and improve prognosis.
