术前心理护理用于支气管镜介入治疗肺癌效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理用于肺癌患者支气管镜介入治疗术前的效果。方法选取医院2022年1月至6月及2022年7月至2023年1月收治的肺癌患者80例,分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均予术前常规护理,观察组增加术前心理护理。结果观察组护理满意度为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁、紧张评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为20.00%,显著高于观察组的2.50%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理用于肺癌支气管镜介入治疗术前,可提高患者护理满意度,减少负面情绪。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on preoperative bronchoscopic intervention for lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January to June 2022 and from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received routine preoperative care,on this basis,the observation group received preoperative psychological care.Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety,depression,and tension scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 20.00%,which was significantly higher than 2.50%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing used before bronchoscopy intervention for lung cancer can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and reduce negative emotions.
