品管圈干预对老年压力性损伤患者创口处理有效率及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈干预对老年压力性损伤患者创口处理有效率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的老年压力性损伤患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予品管圈干预。结果观察组患者的创口处理总有效率为88.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);护理总满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论品管圈干预可显著提高老年压力性损伤患者的创口处理有效率及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle intervention on the effective rate of wound treatment efficacy and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with pressure injuries.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with pressure injury admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the observation group were given quality control circle intervention.Results The total effective rate of wound treatment in the observation group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle intervention can significantly improve the wound treatment efficacy and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with pressure injuries.
