规范化管理用于眼科手术室护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化管理在眼科手术室护理的应用效果。方法选取医院眼科2021年1月至2022年10月收治的行手术治疗的患者100例,按随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者予常规管理,观察组患者予规范化管理,对比不同管理模式下的管理质量差异。结果观察组患者的安全隐患发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度中的护理态度、操作水平、护理及时性、护理规范性评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理纠纷和护理投诉发生率分别为6.00%和4.00%,均显著低于对照组的22.00%和16.00%(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理用于眼科手术室护理的效果良好,可减少手术室安全隐患的发生,提升护理满意度,减少护理纠纷及投诉事件。Objective To invesitigate the application effect of standardized management in the nursing in the ophthalmic operating room.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the department of ophthalmology of the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received standardized management.The differences in management quality under different management modes were compared.Results The incidence rate of safety hazards in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of nursing attitude,operational level,nursing timeliness,and standardization scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes and complaints in the observation group were 6.00%and 4.00%,which were significantly lower than 22.00%and 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management for ophthalmic operating room nursing has a good effect,which can reduce the occurrence of safety hazards in the operating room,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce nursing disputes and complaints.
