时间护理用于精神分裂症患者康复效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨时间护理对精神分裂症患者护理质量与功能衰退速度的作用。方法选取医院2020年9月至2022年9月就诊的精神分裂症患者76例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者行常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组护理基础上进行时间护理干预。结果观察组患者危险行为中体力攻击、财务攻击、自身攻击、语言攻击评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者精神症状中阳性症状、阴性症状及一般症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者社会功能中理解交流、与人相处、社会参与、自我照料及家庭生活评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理质量中仪容仪表、护理细节、沟通方式及基础护理评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时间护理能降低精神分裂症患者的危险行为水平,改善精神症状及社会功能,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the role of time-based care on the quality of care and the speed of functional decline of schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 76 schizophrenia patients who visited the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing interventions,on this basis,the patients in theobservation group were treated with time-based care intervention.Results The scores of physical aggression,financial aggression,self-aggression and verbal aggression in the risky behaviors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general symptoms in the mental symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of understanding and communication,getting along with others,social participation,self-care and family life in the social functions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of appearance,details of care,communication style and basic care in the quality of care in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time-based care can reduce the level of risky behaviors of schizophrenic patients,improve mental symptoms and social functions,and improve the quality of care.
