综合护理用于雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理用于雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎的效果。方法选取医院2022年5月至2023年3月收治的接受雾化吸入治疗的急慢性咽喉炎患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受综合护理。结果观察组的综合满意度为94.29%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。观察组综合有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)。观察组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、氧分压(PaO_(2))均显著高于对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理用于接受雾化吸入治疗的急慢性咽喉炎患者,能提高患者的护理效果,改善体征指标。Objective To invesitigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis through nebulization inhalation.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis who received nebulized inhalation treatment in the hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.Results The overall satisfaction in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive effective rate in the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 82.86%in the control group(P<0.05).The first second expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The partial pressure(PaCO_(2))in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis who receive nebulized inhalation therapy can improve the nursing effect and physical indicators.
