桃红四物汤联合艾灸治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者术后腕关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析桡骨远端骨折术后患者采用桃红四物汤联合艾灸治疗的效果。方法:选择2023年3月—2024年3月于湖南中医药大学第二附属医院住院的140例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和中医治疗组,各70例。对照组患者仅接受切开复位内固定术治疗,中医治疗组在对照组基础上术后给予桃红四物汤联合艾灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候评分、腕关节活动度与功能及并发症发生率。结果:中医治疗组总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);中医治疗组术后8周腕关节功能优于对照组,腕关节活动度均大于对照组,术后1周中医症候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合艾灸治疗可改善桡骨远端骨折患者术后症状,提高临床疗效,促进腕关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生。Objective:To analyze the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on patients with distal radius fracture after surgery.Method:A total of 140 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and TCM therapy group by random number method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group only received open reduction and internal fixation treatment,and the TCM therapy group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with moxa-wool moxibustion after surgery on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms scores,range of motion and function of wrist joint and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of TCM therapy group was higher than that of control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The wrist joint function of TCM therapy group 8 weeks after surgery was better than that of control group,the range of motion of wrist joint were greater than those of control group,and the TCM symptoms scores 1 week after surgery were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with moxa-wool moxibustion can improve the postoperative symptoms of patients with distal radius fracture,improve the clinical effect,promote the recovery of wrist joint function and reduce the occurrence of complications.
