系统护理联合延续护理在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究系统护理与延续护理相结合在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤(SCI)患者康复中的应用效果。方法:本研究招募了2022年1月—2023年12月在中山大学附属第一医院广西医院骨科进行治疗的80例脊柱骨折合并SCI患者,并以随机数字表法分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受系统护理联合延续护理。比较两组功能障碍情况、疼痛水平、情绪状态、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:护理后,试验组Rivermead运动指数(RMI)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)均明显高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果:系统护理与延续护理相结合能有效改善脊柱骨折合并SCI患者的功能障碍,加速其功能恢复,减轻疼痛,并减少并发症发生。Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing combined with continuous nursing in rehabilitation of patients with spinal fractures complicated with spinal cord injury(SCI).Method:This study recruited 80 patients with spinal fracture complicated with SCI who were treated in Department of Orthopedics,Guangxi Hospital Division of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from January 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received systematic nursing combined with continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The dysfunction,pain level,emotional state,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,Rivermead mobility index(RMI)and Berg balance scale(BBS)in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of systematic nursing and continuous nursing can effectively improve the dysfunction of patients with spinal fractures complicated with SCI,accelerate functional recovery,reduce pain,and reduce complications.
