摘　　要：目的:分析基于子午流注理论运用揿针联合脐疗治疗糖尿病便秘的效果。方法:选择无锡市中医医院2022年2月—2024年1月诊治的106例糖尿病便秘患者,将其随机分为两组,各53例。对比组给予大黄、肉苁蓉脐疗贴治疗,观察组在对比组基础上给予基于子午流注理论的揿针治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标、便秘症状积分。结果:观察组临床总有效率(96.23%)高于对比组(75.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)均低于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后排便频率、腹胀、排便不尽、排便时间、粪便性状、排便困难积分均低于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于子午流注理论运用揿针联合脐疗可有效缓解糖尿病便秘患者便秘症状,调控血糖,临床疗效显著。Objective:To analyze the effect of press needle based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection theory combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of diabetes constipation.Method:A total of 106 patients with diabetes constipation diagnosed and treated in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with umbilical therapy patch with Dahuang and Roucongrong,and the observation group was treated with press needle based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection theory on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indexes and constipation symptoms integrations of the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group(96.23%)was higher than that of control group(75.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of defecation,abdominal bloating,defecation incompletely,defecation time,fecal character and defecation difficulty integrations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Press needle based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection theory combined with umbilical therapy can effectively relieve the constipation symptoms of patients with diabetes constipation,regulate blood sugar,and the clinical effect is significant.
