血必净注射液联合哌拉西林治疗老年重症肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察血必净注射液联合哌拉西林治疗老年重症肺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月宜兴市官林医院109例老年重症肺炎患者,按治疗方案分为对照组(54例)与观察组(55例)。对照组采用哌拉西林治疗,观察组采用哌拉西林联合血必净注射液治疗。对比两组疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的81.48%(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间均早于对照组,且住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.27%,高于对照组的3.70%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血必净注射液联合哌拉西林治疗老年重症肺炎可显著提升效果,患者炎症水平明显下降,促进咳嗽、发热等症状消失,且安全性高。Objective:To observe the effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with Piperacillin in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 109 elderly patients with severe pneumonia in Guanlin Hospital of Yixing City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(55 cases)according to treatment plan.Control group was treated with Piperacillin,observation group was treated with Piperacillin combined with Xuebijing Injection.The curative effect,time of symptom disappearance,length of hospital stay,serum inflammatory factor level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 81.48%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and pulmonary rales in observation group were earlier than those in control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.27%,which was higher than 3.70%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing Injection combined with Piperacillin in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia can significantly improve the efficacy,significantly reduce the level of inflammation in patients,promote the disappearance of cough,fever and other symptoms,and high safety.
