中药柴葛解肌汤治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析在小儿上呼吸道感染的治疗中加入中药柴葛解肌汤对患儿的影响。方法:选取2023年8月—2024年1月贵阳市花溪区中医院收治的96例小儿上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,以患儿是否采取中药方案分为观察组50例和对照组46例。两组均采取物理降温及布洛芬混悬液治疗,观察组增加使用中药柴葛解肌汤治疗,比较两组疗效、免疫功能、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:经过系统治疗,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的药物副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿上呼吸道感染的治疗中加入中药柴葛解肌汤,能够更好的改善患者的免疫应答和炎性反应进而取得更好的治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of adding Chaige Jieji Decoction to the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Method:A total of 96 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in Huaxi District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guiyang from August 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to whether the children took traditional Chinese medicine regimen.Physical cooling and ibuprofen suspension were taken in both groups,and Chaige Jieji Decoction was added in the observation group.The efficacy,immune function,inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After systematic treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding Chaige Jieji Decoction to the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children can better improve the immune response and inflammatory response of patients and achieve better therapeutic effect.
