针剌配合逍遥散治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究针剌配合逍遥散治疗对老年脑卒中后抑郁症患者临床疗效、心理状态及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月武穴市中医医院收治的96例脑卒中后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式分为对照组43例(西医治疗)与观察组53例(西医治疗+针剌配合逍遥散治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均下降,且观察组评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针剌配合逍遥散治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁症具有良好疗效,可有效改善患者心理状态,促进神经功能的恢复,且安全性良好。Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Powder on clinical efficacy,psychological state and neurological function of elderly patients with post-stroke depression.Method:96 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Wuxue Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group consisted of 43 cases(Western medicine treatment)and observation group consisted of 53 cases(Western medicine treatment+acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Powder treatment)according to treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,selfrating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and adverse reaction.were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of both groups decreased,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Powder has a good effect on the treatment of senile post-stroke depression,which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and promote nerve function.
