摘　　要：功能性便秘(FC)在儿童中是一种相当普遍的问题,主要表现为持续性排便困难、排便频率减少及排便时间延长。不良的饮食及起居习惯、环境气候变化、压力情绪、遗传等多重因素的影响,致使FC比例呈逐年上升趋势,对儿童的日常生活有着不小的影响。心肺两脏与肠道之间存在密切的生理与病理联系,心肺功能的异常可能导致肠道功能紊乱,从而引发便秘。因此,从心肺两脏与肠道的关系入手,探讨儿童FC的发病机制与治疗方法具有重要意义。本文还通过临床现状和讨论,进一步阐述了基于心肺两脏和肠道关系的儿童FC治疗方法的临床应用,力求寻找治疗儿童FC的新思路、新方法,以达到缓解、甚至治愈儿童FC的目的。Functional constipation(FC)is a fairly common problem in children,characterized by persistent difficulty defecating,reduced frequency of defecation and prolonged defecation.Under the influence of multiple factors such as poor diet and living habits,environmental climate change,stress and emotion,and genetics,the proportion of FC is increasing year by year,which has no small impact on children's daily life.There is a close physiological and pathological relationship between the heart and lung and the intestine,and abnormal cardiopulmonary function may lead to intestinal dysfunction,resulting in constipation.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of FC in children from the relationship between heart and lung and intestinal tract.Through the clinical status and discussion,this paper further elaborates the clinical application of children FC treatment based on the relationship between heart,lung,viscera and intestine,and strives to find new ideas and new methods for the treatment of children FC,so as to achieve the purpose of relieving and even curing children FC.
