健脾化浊方联合缬沙坦胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾化浊方联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月赣南医学院第二附属医院收治的110例糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各55例。观察组以缬沙坦胶囊+健脾化浊方治疗,对照组仅以缬沙坦胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)及尿白蛋白、血糖及血脂指标水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率、症候总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后UACR、尿白蛋白均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均较对照组低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病采取健脾化浊方联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗的效果显著,可有效改善肾功能和血糖血脂,降低尿白蛋白。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Prescription combined with Valsartan Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 110 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Valsartan Capsules+Jianpi Huazhuo Prescription,and the control group was only treated with Valsartan Capsules.The therapeutic effect,urinary protein/creatinine ratio(UACR),urinary protein,blood glucose and plasma lipid indexes levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate and syndrome total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,UACR and urinary protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Prescription combined with Valsartan Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable,which can effectively improve renal function,blood glucose and plasma lipid,and reduce urinary protein.
