穴位贴敷联合加味脱花煎、米非司酮片、米索前列醇片治疗瘀血阻滞型稽留流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合加味脱花煎、米非司酮片、米索前列醇片治疗瘀血阻滞型稽留流产的临床效果。方法:选择阳江市中医医院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的瘀血阻滞型稽留流产60例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例,对照组采用加味脱花煎、米非司酮片、米索前列醇片联合治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组排胎时间、宫腔组织残留情况、阴道出血量,记录治疗过程中患者的不良反应情况。结果:对照组清宫术比例明显高于研究组,研究组排胎时间短于对照组,宫腔组织残留少于对照组,阴道出血程度与平均出血量均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论:穴位贴敷联合加味脱花煎、米非司酮、米索前列醇片治疗瘀血阻滞型稽留流产效果可观,该联合疗法能够缩短排胎时间、减少阴道出血量、降低宫腔组织残留,且安全性高。Objective:To explored the clinical efficacy of acupoints plaster combined with Modified Tuohuajian,Mifepristone Tablets,Misoprostol Tablets in treating stagnant blood type missed abortion.Method:Sixty patients with stagnant blood type missed abortion were selected from Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Modified Tuohuajian,Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets,and the study group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The fetal expulsion time,residual uterine tissue and amount of vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions of patients during treatment were recorded.Result:The proportion of curettage in the control group was significantly higher than that of study group,the fetal expulsion time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the uterine tissue residue was less than that of the control group,and the degree and average amount of vaginal bleeding were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with Modified Tuohuajian,Mifepristone Tablets,Misoprostol Tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of stagnant blood type missed abortion.The combined therapy can shorten the time of aborting,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,reduce uterine tissue residue,and has high safety.
