负压吸引联合生肌玉红膏治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨负压吸引联合生肌玉红膏治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取贵州中医药大学第二附属医院2020年9月—2022年1月收治的糖尿病足患者78例,根据随机数字表法分为联合组(负压吸引联合生肌玉红膏)、负压组(负压吸引)、中药组(生肌玉红膏),每组26例,每组干预时间均为14 d。比较三组的足溃疡体积缩小率、压疮愈合计分量表(PUSH)评分。结果:共有72例患者完成研究。完成率92.31%,其中中药组脱落3例,负压组脱落1例,剔除1例,联合组脱落1例。各组间病例完成情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组干预14 d时足部溃疡体积缩小率均高于负压组与中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预14 d时联合组PUSH评分均低于负压组与中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压吸引联合生肌玉红膏治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果值得肯定,可作为优选治疗方案加以使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure suction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment on diabetes foot ulcer.Method:A total of 78 patients of diabetic foot admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into combination group(negative pressure suction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment),negative pressure group(negative pressure suction)and traditional Chinese medicine group(Shengji Yuhong Ointment),with 26 cases in each group,and the intervention time of each group was 14 days.The volume reduction rate of foot ulcer and the score of pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)were compared among the three groups.Result:A total of 72 patients completed the study.The completion rate was 92.31%,of which 3 cases fell off in the traditional Chinese medicine group,1 case fell off and 1 case was eliminated in the negative pressure group,and 1 case fell off in the combination group.There was no significant difference in case completion among all groups(P>0.05).At 14 days of intervention,the volume reduction rate of foot ulcer in combination group was higher than that in negative pressure group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 14 days of intervention,the PUSH score of the combination group was lower than that of the negative pressure group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of negative pressure suction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment on diabetic foot ulcer is very positive and can be used as the preferred treatment scheme.
