延续性护理对异基因造血干细胞移植术后恶性血液病患者心理弹性和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理对异基因造血干细胞移植术后恶性血液病患者心理弹性和生活质量的影响。方法:选择广州市第一人民医院2021年7月—2023年7月收治的74例恶性血液病患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予延续性护理。比较两组心理弹性、生活质量、心理状况、依从性及满意度。结果:与对照组比,研究组护理后心理弹性评分均高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组护理后生活质量评分均高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组护理后抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组总依从性及总满意度均高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对异基因造血干细胞移植术后恶性血液病患者实施延续性护理能够提升其心理弹性,改善生活质量,并提高依从性及满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on mental resilience and quality of life in patients with hematologicalmalignant disease after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation surgery.Method:A total of 74 patients with hematologicalmalignant disease admitted to Guangzhou First People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given continuous nursing.The mental resilience,quality of life,mental status,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with control group,the scores of mental resilience after nursing in the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of quality of life after nursing in the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total compliance and total satisfaction in the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with hematologicalmalignant disease after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation surgery can enhance their mental resilience,improve quality of life,and improve compliance and satisfaction.
