摘　　要：目的:探究5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合他克莫司软膏对玫瑰痤疮患者症状缓解时间及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年8月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院接收的90例玫瑰痤疮患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45)。对照组用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组予以ALA-PDT联合他克莫司软膏治疗,均治疗4周。比较两组疗效、症状缓解时间、症状积分及生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)]。结果:与对照组比,观察组总有效率高,症状缓解时间均早,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组症状积分、DLQI评分均下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ALA-PDT联合他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮可提高效果,缩短症状缓解时间,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALAPDT)combined with Tacrolimus Ointment on symptoms remission time and quality of life in patients with acne rosacea.Method:A total of 90 patients with acne rosacea admitted to the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2020 to August 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment,and the observation group was treated with ALA-PDT combined with Tacrolimus Ointment for 4 weeks.The efficacy,symptoms remission time,symptoms integrals and quality of life[dermatology life quality index(DLQI)]were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the symptoms remission time were earlier,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,symptoms integrals and DLQI scores of both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ALA-PDT combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of acne rosacea can improve the curative effect,shorten the remission time of symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
