摘 要:针对近距离煤层遗留煤柱下回采巷道变形明显、支护困难的问题,以周源山煤矿22112和3232工作面为研究背景,通过工程实际与FLAC^(3D)数值模拟相结合的方法建立数值模型,分析不同锚索长度、锚索间排距和预紧力对回采巷道围岩变形特征的影响。结果表明:下部煤层回采巷道对支护参数的敏感度关系为:锚索长度>锚索间排距>锚索预紧力。锚索长度7.5 m、锚索间排距700 mm×700 mm、锚索预紧力120 kN时围岩变形得到明显改善。巷道掘进初期15 d内,巷道变形情况逐渐趋于稳定,满足回采巷道支护要求。研究成果可为类似巷道稳定性控制提供参考。Addressing the challenges posed by significant deformation and difficult support in the contiguous seams under the residual coal mining face,this study focuses on the 22112 and 3232 working faces in Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine.A numerical model combining engineering practice and FLAC^(3D)simulation was established to analyze the influence of different anchor lengths,anchor spacing,and pre-tightening forces on the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock in the mined-out roadway.The results indicate that the sensitivity relationship of the support parameters for the lower coal seam roadway is as follows:anchor length>anchor spacing>anchor pre-tightening force.Significant improvement in surrounding rock deformation was observed when the anchor length was 7.5 m,anchor spacing was 700 mm×700 mm,and anchor pre-tightening force was 120 kN.Within the initial 15 days of roadway excavation,the deformation gradually stabilized,meeting the support requirements for the mined-out roadway.The findings of this study can provide valuable references for similar roadway stability control.
