摘 要:本研究探讨了4个光照周期对2种规格牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)幼鱼饱食后胃肠内容物质量的变化特征,并确定了牙鲆幼鱼摄食的最佳光照周期和最佳投喂时间、最优胃排空率数学模型。结果显示,牙鲆幼鱼饱食后其瞬时胃排空率随时间先上升后趋于平缓,最后达到100%。70 d牙鲆幼鱼24L∶0D组胃含物湿重比最高,18L∶6D组次之,对照组最低;24L∶0D组胃排空速率最快,18L∶6D组次之,对照组最慢。100 d牙鲆幼鱼18L∶6D胃含物湿重比最高,12L∶12D组次之,24L∶0D组最低;18L∶6D组胃排空速率最快,24L∶0D组次之,对照组最慢。70 d和100 d牙鲆不同光照周期实验数据都能很好的拟合3种模型,但三者之间的相关系数(R^(2))存在明显差异;线性模型更适合70 d对照组、24L∶0D组和100 d 12L∶12D组;指数模型更适合70 d 12L∶12D组和18L∶6D组;平方根模型更适合100 d对照组、18L∶6D组、24L∶0D组。研究结果表明,光照周期对70 d、100 d牙鲆幼鱼摄食量产生显著影响,70 d、100 d牙鲆幼鱼光照周期应为18L∶6D,70 d在饱喂18.5 h、100 d在饱喂22.5 h后进行2次投喂。The study examined the impacts of four kinds of photoperiod on the gastrointestinal contents of two sizes of juvenile flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus)after being fed to satiation.It also determined the optimal photoperiods,feeding times,and the mathematical model for the optimal gastric emptying rate for the juvenile flounder feeding.The results showed that the instantaneous gastric emptying rate of the juvenile flounder increased over time post-feeding,eventually reaching 100%.For 70 d of juvenile flounder,the 24L∶0D photoperiods group had the highest gastrointestinal content weight ratio,followed by the 18L∶6D group,and the control group had the lowest ratio.The fastest gastric emptying rate was observed in the 24L∶0D group,followed by the 18L∶6D group,and the slowest rate in the control group.For 100 d of juvenile flounder,the 18L∶6D group had the highest gastrointestinal content weight,followed by the 12L∶12D group,and the lowest weight in the 24L∶0D group.Meanwhile,stomach emptying rate was fastest in the 18L∶6D group,followed by the 24L∶0D group,and the slowest in the control group.The experimental data from both 70 d and 100 d of juvenile flounder under different photoperiods were well-fitted by three models,with varying correlation coefficients(R^(2)).The linear model was more suitable for the 70 d control group,24L∶0D group,and the 100 d 12L∶12D group;the exponential model was more appropriate for the 70 d 12L∶12D group and the 18L∶6D group,and the square root model was better for the 100 d control,18L∶6D,and 24L∶0D groups.Overall,the photoperiods had a significant effect on the food intake in 70 d and 100 d of juvenile flounder.The photoperiods of 70∶d and 100 d of juvenile flounder should be 18L∶6D,and the second feeding should be carried out at 18.5h for 70 d of juvenile flounder and 22.5 h for 100 d of juvenile flounder.
