摘 要:核电数字化控制系统(DCS)的内生网络安全增强可以进一步提高核电站的安全性。通过对工业领域、核电领域网络安全相关法律法规、标准的研究,以及对国内外同行业产品内生网络安全情况的调研,针对核电DCS内生网络安全提出8项基本安全需求、103条总体安全需求条目。以某公司DCS为例开展需求分析。针对该公司产品存在不符合项提出整改建议,提升了该公司产品的内生网络安全。核电DCS内生网络安全需求分析方法为其他领域工业自动化产品的内生网络安全需求分析提供了参考。工业自动化产品的内生网络安全在需求分析时,除了开展工业自动化产品基本安全需求分析以外,还应关注应用领域的特殊安全需求。该方法可以提升工业自动化产品整体安全性。Enhancement of endogenous cybersecurity of nuclear power digital control system(DCS)can further improve the safety of nuclear power plants.Through the study of laws,regulations and standards related to cybersecurity in the industrial and nuclear power fields,as well as the research on the endogenous cybersecurity of products in the same industry at home and abroad,8 basic security requirements and 103 overall security requirement items are proposed for the endogenous cybersecurity of nuclear power DCS.Take a company’s DCS as an example to carry out demand analysis.Rectification suggestions are made for the non-conformities of the company’s products,which improved the endogenous cybersecurity of the company’s products.The method of endogenous cybersecurity requirement analysis of nuclear power DCS provides a reference for endogenous cybersecurity requirement analysis of industrial automation products in other fields.When the endogenous cybersecurity of industrial automation products is analyzed in the demand,in addition to carrying out the basic security demand analysis of industrial automation products,attention should also be paid to the special security needs of the application field.This method can improve the overall security of industrial automation products.
