摘  要:为提高化工虚拟教学质量,分析了化工虚拟教学中用到的关键动态仿真模拟技术。采用了模块化机理建模法、Oracle分布式数据库和改进型多元宇宙优化算法相结合的方式实现化工过程的动态仿真。模块化机理建模法对化工过程中多个部分进行建模,并通过模块化的模型进行组合,以完成对化工案例的仿真。Oracle分布式数据库存储化工案例中的数据,实现多用户同时对数据库的异地读写。改进型多元宇宙优化算法引入了非线性系数,从而使算法问题不陷入局部最优。创造性地结合三种技术,在实现化工动态模拟的过程中,保证了模拟数据库的稳定性、数据读取的高效性和化工仿真的真实性。经过试验验证,采用多种技术可以动态仿真化学案例,满足化工虚拟教学的要求。To improve the quality of chemical virtual teaching,key dynamic simulation techniques used in chemical virtual teaching are analyzed.The combination of modular mechanism modeling method,Oracle distributed database and improved multivariate universe optimization algorithm is adopted to realize the dynamic simulation of chemical process.The modular mechanism modeling method models multiple parts of the chemical process and combines them through modular models to complete the simulation of the chemical case.Oracle distributed database stores the data in the chemical case,which enables multiple users to read and write to the database at the same time in different locations.The improved multivariate universe optimization algorithm introduces nonlinear coefficients,so that the algorithmic problem does not fall into local optimum.The creative combination of the three techniques ensures the stability of the simulation database,the high efficiency of data reading and the realism of chemical simulation in the process of realizing chemical dynamic simulation.After experimental verification,the use of multiple techniques can dynamically simulate chemical cases and meet the requirements of chemical virtual teaching.
