列宁时代观的辩证意蕴及现实启示

摘　　要：列宁立足于帝国主义时代的独特景观,基于生产力发展水平、阶级关系的变化与重大事件的时代路标,分析了垄断资本是帝国主义新时代的时代构成基础,阐明了无产阶级的社会主义革命是时代中心问题,指明了时代发展道路的普遍性与特殊性,提出了系统性的时代观,这是列宁对马克思主义时代观的新贡献。列宁的时代观具有鲜明的辩证性特质,它的辩证意蕴为我们正确看待中国与世界的新变化,提供了认识论与方法论的借鉴与启示,在“危”与“机”的辩证关系中认识“两个大局”,在“变”与“不变”的辩证关系中把握“两个大局”,在“中国”与“世界”的实践场域中应对“两个大局”,立足百年大变局、统筹中华民族伟大复兴兴全局、引领世界之大变局、开创时代之新局。Based on the unique landscape of the imperialist era,Lenin analyzed the level of development of the productive forces,the changes in class relations and the signposts of the era of major events,analyzed the monopoly capital as the basis of the epochal composition of the new era of imperialism,elucidated the proletariat's socialist revolution as the central issue of the epoch,pointed out the universality and the particularity of the epochal path of development,and put forward the systematic view of the epoch,which is a new contribution to the Marxist view of the era made by Lenin.This is Lenin's new contribution to the Marxist concept of the era.Lenin's view of the times has a distinct dialectical quality,and its dialectical implications provide us with epistemological and methodological reference and inspiration for correctly viewing the new changes in China and the world,and for recognizing the"two big situations"in the dialectical relationship between"danger"and"opportunity".The"two big situations"are recognized in the dialectical relationship between"danger"and"opportunity",the"two big situations"are grasped in the dialectical relationship between"change"and"no change",and the"two big situations"are understood in the dialectical relationship between"China"and"the world"."China"and'the world'in the field of practice to deal with the'two big situations',based on the world's century-long great changes,to coordinate the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,to lead the great changes of the world,and to create a new situation of the times.In this way,he is leading the great changes in the world and creating the new situation of the times.
