列宁党报“人民性”思想在中国的传播实践及其当代价值

摘　　要：列宁党报理论中蕴含的人民观是列宁办报理论的核心原则,其党报“人民性”思想主要体现在:党报是反映工农心声、组织工农队伍进行革命事业、宣传党的思想理论的读物,必须首先建立工农通讯员队伍;工农通讯员是以工人、农民群众为主的基层供稿者;工农通讯员的任务主要是“像蜜蜂一样采集一些有趣的事实,宝贵的思想、意见和建议,然后加以整理加工”;应加大工农通讯工作,构建全苏维埃的通讯网络;党报在文风上应以大众化、通俗化的语言满足人民群众的所想所需。列宁党报“人民性”思想对中国共产党党报建设产生了深远影响,它在建党初期传入,在中央苏区时期得到初步实践,在延安时期得到深化,在解放战争时期中国化为“群众办报”模式。当前,继承和发展列宁党报“人民性”思想,必须在党的全面领导下坚持“以人民为中心”的原则,在实事求是中引导人民群众正确认识现实问题,以时代性和通俗化来践行党报为人民服务的理念。The people's view contained in Lenin's theory of party newspapers is the core principle of Lenin's theory of running newspapers.The"people-oriented"ideology of party newspapers is mainly reflected in Party newspapers are reading materials that reflect the voices of workers and peasants,organize workers and peasants to carry out revolutionary undertakings,and promote the Party's ideological and theoretical ideas.Therefore,It is necessary to first establish a team of workers and peasants'correspondents;Worker farmer correspondents are grassroots contributors mainly composed of workers and farmers;The main task of a worker farmer correspondent is to"collect interesting facts,valuable ideas,opinions,and suggestions like bees,and then organize and process them";We should increase communication work between workers and peasants and build a communication network throughout the Soviet Union;Party newspapers should use popular and accessible language in their writing style to meet the needs and desires of the people.Lenin's thought of"people's nature"of the party newspaper had a profound impact on the construction of the party newspaper of the CPC.Currently,to inherit and develop Lenin's ideology of"people-oriented"party newspapers,It is necessary to adhere to the principle of"putting the people at the center"under the comprehensive leadership of the Party,guide the people to have a correct understanding of real problems through seeking truth from facts,and practice the concept of party newspapers serving the people with timeliness and popularization.
