摘　　要：新时代,现代化发展进程中的乡村社会面临多种社会风险,具体表现为认同风险、社会冲突风险、健康风险、信任风险及社会稳定风险等,这些风险成为现代化发展的不稳定因素。新时代防范化解乡村社会风险,应遵循人的现代化原则、风险共担原则及协同共治原则,在强化精准服务供给中增强认同感、在保障土地权利权益中消解社会冲突、在生态环境有效保护中保障民众健康发展权、在构建风清气正环境中增加民众信任度、在社会矛盾有效化解中维护社会稳定,以体系化机制保障社会和谐稳定,促进人的全面发展,为社会主义现代化强国建设提供基础保障。In the nea era,rural society in the process of modernization face variety of social risks,including identity risks,social conflict risks,health risks,trust risks,and social stability risks,which have become unstable factors in modernization development.In order to prevent and resolve rural social risks in the new era,we should adhere to the principles of human modernization,risk sharing,and collaborative governance.We should strengthen the provision of precise services to enhance identity,resolve social conflicts while safeguarding land rights and interests,protect the right to healthy development of the people while effectively protecting the ecological environment,increase public trust by fostering an honest and upright environment,and maintain social stability while effectively resolving social conflicts.We should use systematic mechanisms to ensure social harmony and stability,promote comprehensive human development,and provide basic guarantees for the construction of a great modern socialist country.
