休闲农业与乡村旅游融合发展对策研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速和人们生活水平的提高,休闲农业与乡村旅游逐渐成为人们休闲娱乐和旅游度假的重要选择。这两者的融合发展不仅为农业和旅游业提供了新的机遇和发展空间,更成为促进农民就业增收、推进城乡一体化发展的重要途径。由于各地区在休闲农业与乡村旅游融合发展进程中存在融合发展不均衡、基础设施不完善、产业规模小、缺乏品牌特色及管理体制不健全等深层次矛盾,亟需采取相关解决措施:加强统筹规划,鼓励资源优势共享,实现相对均衡发展;数字赋能,推动基础设施升级,打造美丽乡村新图景;科学规划,精准施策,打造特色化休闲农业与乡村旅游新篇章;完善管理体制,促进休闲农业与乡村旅游协调发展。这些措施的实施不仅有助于提升我国休闲农业与乡村旅游的整体水平,还将为城乡一体化发展、农民就业增收及传统农耕文化的传承和弘扬等方面做出积极贡献。With the acceleration of urbanization and the rising of people’s living standards,leisure agriculture and rural tourism have gradually become an important choice for people’s leisure and entertainment and holiday trips.The integration of these two sectors has not only provided new opportunities and space for agriculture and tourism,but also serves as a crucial pathway to foster farmers’employment and income growth,as well as to advance the integration of urban and rural development.However,various regions confront profound challenges in the process of integrating leisure agriculture and rural tourism,including uneven development,inadequate infrastructure,small-scale industries,the absence of distinctive brands,and flawed management systems.Therefore,urgent measures need to be taken:Firstly,strengthen overall planning,encourage sharing of resource advantages,and strive for relatively balanced development.Secondly,harness digital technology to enhance infrastructure upgrading and create a new vision of beautiful rural areas.Thirdly,engage in scientific planning and implement targeted policies to forge a new chapter of distinctive leisure agriculture and rural tourism.Lastly,improve the management system to facilitate coordinated development between leisure agriculture and rural tourism.The implementation of these measures aims to propel sustainable development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and infusing new vitality into their integration.It is anticipated that will not only elevate the overall level of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China,but also contribute positively to the integration of urban and rural development,the employment and income growth of farmers,and the inheritance and promotion of traditional agricultural culture.
