摘  要:由于LNG双燃料动力PCTC船真空双壁管路其输送介质LNG的特殊性,在船舶燃料加注和日用过程中,需要承受-196℃~50℃的温度变化及10 bar以上的压力。此外,在船舶航行过程中,船体变形和船舶加速度也会对真空双壁管产生不利影响。针对真空双壁管以上特点,基于START-Prof应力计算软件,分析研究对象,建立三维模型,结合不同工况,进行一次应力,二次应力及偶然应力计算。计算分析结果表明,真空双壁管的一次应力最大值出现在偶然载荷工况,由含有介质的管路重量和设计压力产生的持续载荷及船舶加速度产生的偶然载荷共同作用;真空双壁管的二次应力最大值出现在位移载荷工况,由最大设计温度变化为最小设计温度所产生的位移载荷和船体中拱变形和船体中垂变形所产生的位移载荷共同作用。研究提出的应力计算方法对实船的双壁管应力计算分析有一定的指导意义。Because of the characteristics of the transferring medium LNG in the vacuum double-wall pipeline of LNG dual-fuel powered PCTC ship,it is necessary to withstand the temperature change of-196℃~50℃and the pressure above 10 bar during the fuel filling and daily using of the ship.In addition,hull deformation and ship acceleration will also have adverse effects on vacuum double-wall pipeline during ship navigation.According to the above characteristics of vacuum double-wall pipeline,based on the START-Prof stress calculation software,the research object was analyzed,a 3D model was established,and the primary stress,secondary stress and accidental stress were calculated according to different working conditions.The results showed that the maximum primary stress of vacuum double-wall pipeline occurs in the accidental load condition,which is caused by the continuous load caused by pipe weight and design pressure with medium and the accidental load caused by ship acceleration;the maximum secondary stress of vacuum double-wall pipeline occurs in the displacement load condition,which is caused by the maximum design temperature change to the minimum design temperature and the displacement load caused by the arch deformation and vertical deformation of the hull.The stress calculation method has a positive guiding significance for the stress calculation and analysis of double-wall pipeline on actual ship.
