摘  要:针对汽车运输船货舱风道阻力特性的影响因素进行分析,并进行优化设计。运用CFD计算得到风道内的静压,进而得到风道阻力,最终得到用于评价风道阻力特性的整体阻力系数,并对比不同风道设计的计算结果,根据整体阻力系数的变化来进行优化设计。分析结果表明,整体阻力系数是风道的固有特性,汽车运输船货舱风道的阻力主要来源于过渡结构,增大风机房接口尺寸和布置中间甲板开孔导流可以有效改善风道的阻力特性,过渡结构导流板的设计需要考虑风机口的压力均匀。The influencing factors of the resistance characteristics of cargo ventilation ducts on PCTC were analyzed to carry out optimization design.The static pressure inside the duct was calculated by CFD method,and then the resistance of the air duct was obtained,as well as the overall resistance coefficient used to evaluate the resistance characteristics of the air duct.The calculation results of different air duct designs were compared,and the optimization design was carried out according to the change of the overall resistance coefficient.The results indicated that the overall resistance coefficient is an inherent characteristic of the ventilation duct,the resistance of the cargo hold duct of PCTC mainly comes from the transitional structure;increasing the size of the fan room connection and arranging the guidance on middle deck opening can effectively improve the resistance characteristics,the design of the guide plate of transitional structure needs to consider the uniform pressure at the fan outlet.
