摘 要:针对客滚船旅客区域局部振动噪声超标而显现的现象和产生的原因进行综合分析,形成针对性的风险管控措施和方案,并在前期进行优化设计。通过剖析多个实际案例,理论结合实际,对实测数据进行剖析,总结出此类项目局部振动噪声产生的根本原因和易发的高风险区域,提出了降低风险的优化设计方案,并通过测试得出了优化后的结果。试验结果表明,围绕声源、振动源和传递途径这三个核心点,采取针对性的减振、降噪、隔音措施是预防、降低和消除局部振动噪声较为有效手段。提炼总结的技术方案,对于类似项目、类似问题早期风险识别和后期问题处理具有实际的借鉴和指导意义。The phenomenon and causes of local vibration and noise exceeding the standard in the passenger area of a Ro-Ro passenger vessel were comprehensively analyzed,so as to develop targeted risk control plans,and optimize the design in the early stage.By investigating multiple practical cases and analyzing measured data,the fundamental causes of local vibration and noise in such projects,and high-risk areas that were found out,the optimal design scheme to reduce the risk was put forward,and the optimized result was obtained through testing.The results indicated that around the three core points of sound source,vibration source,and transmission way,taking targeted measures to reduce vibration,noise and sound insulation are effective means of preventing,reducing,and eliminating local vibration and noise.The summarized technical scheme has practical reference and guiding significance for the early risk identification and later problem treatment of similar problems.
