摘  要:为应对日渐频发的极端自然灾害对配电系统造成的巨大威胁,提出一种面向韧性提升的配电系统开关配置与线路加固方法。首先,针对台风灾害,基于Batts风场模型与历史故障数据,生成典型灾害袭击场景集。其次,建立典型场景集下的韧性配电系统预防、退化及恢复三阶段综合响应和运行模型。通过构建考虑规划措施的故障传播约束,解析表征网络拓扑、故障位置、规划措施等与系统故障分布之间的关系。在此基础上,以最小化规划成本和灾害造成的失负荷成本为目标,提出考虑灾害影响下配电网响应全过程的开关配置与线路加固方法。最后,采用IEEE 33节点系统验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。To deal with the serious threat to distribution systems caused by the increasingly frequent extreme natural disasters,a resilience-orientated switch allocation and line hardening method for distribution systems was proposed.First,the typhoon disaster was taken as an example,and a set of typical disaster scenarios was generated based on the Batts wind field model and historical fault data.Second,a three-stage(i.e.,prevention,degradation and restoration)integrated response and operation model of a resilient distribution system under the typical scenario set was established,in which a fault propagation constraint considering the planning measures was constructed to analyze the relationship between the network topology,fault location,planning measures and system fault distribution.On this basis,to minimize the planning cost and the load shedding cost caused by disasters,a switch allocation and line hardening method considering the whole process of distribution network response under the influences of disasters was put forward.Finally,the validity and advantage of the proposed method was verified by an IEEE 33-bus system.
