摘　　要：高水平高质量建设沿边产业园区,积极承接产业转移,是云南服务和融入新发展格局、加快经济转型升级的重大机遇。中老磨憨-磨丁经合区作为云南重要的沿边产业园区,积极探索和创新产业转移和园区发展机制,协同区域共建口岸城市,打造沿边开放新高地。该文从沿边产业园区建立、产业承接现状及存在困难、产业承接模式创新等角度深入剖析,旨在为沿边产业园区产业承接提供借鉴参考。The construction of high-level and high-quality industrial parks along the border and active undertaking of industrial transfer are major opportunities for Yunnan to serve and integrate into the new development pattern and accelerate economic transformation and upgrading.As an important border industrial park in Yunnan,China-Laos Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone has actively explored and innovated industrial transfer and park development mechanisms,cooperated with other regions to build port cities,and created new heights of opening-up along the border.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the establishment of industrial parks along the border,present situations and dificulties of industrial undertaking,and innovation of industrial undertaking mode,aiming at providing reference for industrial undertaking in industrial parks along the border.
