摘  要:针对当前环保领域对水质参数监测的需求,研制了一种小型的氨氮、总磷、总氮、高锰酸盐指数四种参数合一的水质自动监测系统。该系统采用了基于分光光度法和使用ARM的多任务实时操作系统的方法,可同时进行四种水质参数的检测,也可以单独检测其中任一水质参数。通过按照环保标准对该系统进行性能检测,计算得出氨氮、总磷、总氮和CODMn的重复性误差分别为1.12%、1.93%、1.12%和1.09%,线性误差分别为2.38%、1.06%、0.79%和3.2%,均明显高于标准规定的误差要求。测试结果表明,该仪器测量精度高,运行稳定可靠,提高了测试效率。A small-scale water quality four parameter integrated automatic monitoring instrument based on spectrophotometry has been developed to meet the current demand for water quality parameter monitoring in the field of environmental protection.A small-scale water quality automatic monitoring system has been developed,which integrates four parameters:ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,total nitrogen,and permanganate index.The system adopts a method based on spectrophotometry and a multi task real-time operating system using ARM,which can simultaneously detect four water quality parameters or individually detect any of them.By conducting performance testing on the system according to environmental standards,the repeatability errors of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,total nitrogen,and CODMn were calculated to be 1.12%,1.93%,1.12%and 1.09%,respectively.The linear errors were 2.38%,1.06%,0.79%and 3.2%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the error requirements specified in the standards.The test results show that the instrument has high measurement accuracy,stable and reliable operation,and improves testing efficiency.
