摘　　要：备用信用证作为集担保、融资、支付及相关服务为一体的多功能金融产品,其应用颇具代表性。在国际商务活动中,交易者出于清偿债权债务、获得融资便利、降低交易成本、规避风险等诸多考虑,对金融服务的要求日趋综合化。备用信用证(Standby Letter of Credit)这一集担保、融资、支付及相关服务为一体的多功能金融产品,因其用途广泛及运作灵活,在国际商务中得以普遍应用。结合国内外有关备用信用证的研究成果,对备用信用证的风险进行分析,提出防范措施。As a multifunctional financial product integrating guarantee,financing,payment and related services,the application of standby letter of credit is quite representative.In international business activities,traders'requirements for financial services are becoming more and more comprehensive in order to pay off debts,obtain financing facilities,reduce transaction costs,avoid risks and many other considerations.Standby Letter of Credit(Standby Letter of Credit),a multi-functional financial product integrating guarantee,financing,payment and related services is widely used in international business because of its wide use and flexible operation.Based on the research results of the standby letter of credit at home and abroad,the risks of the standby letter of credit are analyzed and preventive measures are put forward.
