摘　　要：在信息技术背景下,数字经济已成为我国经济高质量发展的重要推动力,为明确数字经济对我国高新技术产品出口贸易的作用机制,以我国31个省份2012—2022年面板数据构建数字经济综合评价指标体系,实证分析其对高新技术产品出口的影响,并检验技术创新和人力资本在其中所起的中介作用。结果表明:数字经济对高新技术产品出口具有显著促进作用;基于异质性分析,我国东、西、中部地区的数字经济发展对高新技术产品出口的促进作用依次递减。数字经济可通过技术创新、人力资本间接促进高新技术产品出口,技术创新、人力资本在二者之间发挥中介作用,而且技术创新促进作用更加明显。Under the background of information technology,the Digital Economy has become an important driving force for the high-quality development of China's economy.In order to clarify the mechanism of the digital economy on the export trade of high-tech products in China,a comprehensive evaluation index system of the Digital Economy is constructed based on the 2012-2022 panel data of 31 provinces in China,and its impact on the export of high-tech products is empirically analyzed.It also examines the mediating role of Technological Innovation and Human Capital.The results show that digital economy plays a significant role in promoting the export of high-tech products;From the perspective of heterogeneity,the development of Digital Economy in the east,west and central regions of China has a decreasing effect on the export of high-tech products.Digital Economy can indirectly promote the export of high-tech products through Technological Innovation and Human Capital,and Technological Innovation and Human Capital play an intermediary role between the two,and the promotion role of Technological Innovation is more obvious.
