摘  要:在数字化背景下,探索将工匠精神融入国际金融课程教学的有效路径,已成为当前亟须深入研究的关键议题。面对融入过程中的诸多挑战,国际金融课程应首先解析金融工匠的定义及专业技能、职业道德、创新思维、团队合作和精益求精这五个核心维度。结合具体教学内容,利用数字化赋能,进行教学改革:重构教学理念、更新教学资源、重组教学内容、改进教学模式和创新评估体系。这些改革举措,有助于打造“数字化引领,工匠精神塑造,国际视野融合”的课程特色,提升教学质量,进而培养具备工匠精神的高素质金融人才,以满足国际金融市场的人才需求。In the context of digitalization,exploring effective ways to integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the teaching of the International Finance curriculum has become a key issue that urgently needs in-depth research.In the face of many challenges in the integration process,international finance courses should firstly analyze the definition of financial craftsmanship and the five core dimensions of professional skills,professional ethics,innovative thinking,teamwork,and continuous improvement.Subsequently,based on specific teaching content and utilizing digital empowerment,the following teaching reforms will be carried out:reconstructing teaching concepts,updating teaching resources,restructuring teaching content,improving teaching models,and innovating evaluation systems.These reform measures help to create a curriculum characteristic of"digital leadership,craftsmanship shaping,and international perspective integration",improve teaching quality,and cultivate highquality financial talents with craftsmanship spirit to meet the talent needs of the international financial market.
