摘 要:适应财务实践工作智能化新形势,高职院校有必要在吸收当前数智会计人才培养的研究和实践基础上,探索财务会计类专业人才培养数智化转型思路。从社会人才需求出发,探析能力本位教育理论,构建“思政+数智+财务”三维能力素质框架。针对高职院校的具体条件确定财务会计类专业数智化转型的模式。探索财务会计类专业人才培养数智化升级的具体途径,包括产教融合平台打造、课程体系重构、课堂教学创新、立体资源建设等。高职财务会计类专业人才培养数智化转型将促进财务会计教学与思政教育、现代信息科技深度融合。In order to adapt to the new situation of intelligent financial practice,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to explore the transformation of intelligent financial accounting professional personnel training on the basis of absorbing the current research and practice of intelligent accounting personnel training.First of all,starting from the needs of social talents,we explore the theory of competency-based education,and build a threedimensional competence and quality framework of"morality+digital intelligence+finance".Secondly,according to the specific conditions of higher vocational colleges to determine the financial accounting professional digital intelligent transformation mode.Finally,the paper explores specific ways to upgrade the training of accounting professionals,including the creation of production-education integration platform,the reconstruction of curriculum system,classroom teaching innovation,and the construction of three-dimensional resources.The transformation of transformation of digital intelligence in the financial accounting professional training in higher vocational colleges will promote the comprehensive and deep integration of financial accounting teaching,morality education and modern information technology.
