摘　　要：自然流产对女性造成了身体和心理创伤,但高质量的护理干预较少。对有自然流产女性出现的心理问题和护理干预情况进行总结,有助于护理人员更好地开展相关研究。本文阐述自然流产女性出现的主要心理问题,包括抑郁、焦虑、悲伤及创伤后应激障碍,从发生的原因、表现及发生率进行描述,介绍心理问题发生的高危因素,阐述目前患者所获得的干预措施,并提出对未来的展望,为我国开展干预性研究和临床实践提供借鉴。Spontaneous abortion causes physical and psychological trauma to women,but there are fewer high-quality nursing interventions.Summarizing the psychological problems and nursing interventions that occur in women with spontaneous abortion will help caregivers to carry out related research better.This paper describes the main psychological problems that occur in women with spontaneous abortion,including depression,anxiety,sadness,and post-traumatic stress disorder,describes them in terms of their causes,manifestations,and incidence,introduces the high-risk factors for the incidence of psychological problems,describes the interventions currently available to the patients,and puts forward an outlook for the future,to provide reference for the development of interventional research and clinical practice in China.
