参芪寿胎丸联合黄体酮、低分子肝素钠治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者的临床效果及对血栓弹力图的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参芪寿胎丸联合黄体酮、低分子肝素钠治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者的临床效果及对血栓弹力图(TEG)的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月在莱州市人民医院保胎的复发性流产患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组治疗以黄体酮+低分子肝素钠为主,研究组在此基础上予以参芪寿胎丸治疗,分析两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、TEG指标、激素水平以及保胎成功率。结果治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,TEG指标最大振幅、反应时间、凝血综合指数优于对照组,雌二醇、孕酮、β绒毛膜促性腺激素水平高于对照组,保胎成功率为86.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪寿胎丸联合黄体酮、低分子肝素钠不仅能够提升肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者保胎成功率、改善临床症状,还能够明显改善患者凝血水平,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Shoutai Formula combined with Progesterone and Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium treating patients with recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and its influence on thromboelastography(TEG).Methods A total of 90 patients with recurrent abortion who came to Laizhou City People's Hospital for fetal preservation from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone and Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium,while the study group was treated with Shenqi Shoutai Formula on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,TEG indicators,and hormone levels before and after treatment,and success rate of fetal preservation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the maximum amplitude,reaction time,and coagulation index of TEG indicators were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol,progesterone,and human chorionic gonadotropin-βof the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of fetal preservation was 86.67%,higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shenqi Shoutai Formula and Progesterone and Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium can not only increase the success rate of fetal preservation and improve clinical symptoms in patients with recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,but also significantly improve the coagulation level of patients,with good clinical application value.
