MRI与CT检查鉴别儿童肾母细胞瘤SIOP分期情况的价值比较

摘　　要：目的对MRI与CT检查鉴别儿童肾母细胞瘤SIOP分期的价值进行分析。方法选择2023年1月至2024年4月在空军军医大学第二附属医院放射诊断科进行肾母细胞瘤SIOP分期诊断的40例患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均实行MRI、CT检查,分析两种检查方式对SIOP分期情况的鉴别结果,对比两种检查方式的检出率。结果CT检查Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期的检出率分别为80.00%、83.33%、75.00%、100.00%、100.00%;MRI检查Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期的检出率分别为93.33%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%;两种诊断方式的总检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾母细胞瘤患儿,采用MRI、CT检查均能有效判断其SIOP分期情况,但两者相比MRI技术更胜一筹。Objective To analyze the value of MRI and CT in identifying the SIOP staging of pediatric nephroblastoma.Methods A study was conducted on 40 pediatric patients with nephroblastoma who underwent SIOP staging diagnosis in the Radiology Diagnostics Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from January 2023 to April 2024.All pediatric patients underwent MRI and CT examinations,and the differential results(SIOP staging)of the two examination methods were analyzed,and the detection rates of the two examination methods were compared.Results The detection rates of CT stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,andⅤwere 80.00%,83.33%,75.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%,respectively.The detection rates of MRI stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,andⅤwere 93.33%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%,respectively.The total detection rate of the two diagnostic methods showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with nephroblastoma,both MRI and CT examination can effectively determine their SIOP staging,but the MRI technology is better.
