摘　　要：宫颈鳞癌是一种宫颈恶性肿瘤,主要症状有接触性出血、下腹疼痛及白带异常等。鞘内程控药物镇痛是通过自控的方式给予患者镇痛药物的方法,通过患者按下按钮来释放药物,以减轻疼痛感。该镇痛方法可以在一定程度上提高镇痛效果,减少药物不良反应和滥用风险,安全性较好,患者舒适度较高。本文报道1例宫颈鳞癌患者行鞘内程控药物灌注泵植入术后的疼痛管理,为该病的临床护理提供参考。Cervical squamous carcinoma is a malignant tumor of the cervix.The main symptoms are contact bleeding,pain in the lower abdomen,and abnormal leukorrhea.Intrathecal programmable drug analgesia is a method of giving pain medication to the patient in a controlled manner,by the patient pressing a button to release the drug in order to reduce the sense of pain.This analgesic method can improve the analgesic effect to a certain extent,reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions and abuse,and has good safety and higher comfort.This paper reports the postoperative pain management of a patient with cervical squamous carcinoma undergoing intrathecal programmable drug infusion pump implantation,to provide reference for clinical nursing of the disease.
