摘　　要：目的探讨手术室舒适护理联合心理行为干预对剖宫产初产妇负性情绪及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2023年6月至9月济南市济阳区人民医院收治的剖宫产初产妇80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=40)采用常规护理,观察组(n=40)在此基础上采用手术室舒适护理联合心理行为干预。对比两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后48 h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室舒适护理联合心理行为干预用于剖宫产初产妇,可有效减轻其负性情绪及疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effects of operating room comfort care combined with psychological and behavioral intervention on negative emotion and pain degree of primiparous women after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 primiparous women with cesarean section admitted to Jiyang People's Hospital of Jinan from June to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,the control group(n=40)used conventional care,and the observation group(n=40)used operating room comfort care combined with psychological and behavioral intervention on this basis.The negative emotions(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),the degree of pain(visual analogue scale[VAS]),and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 48 hours after operation,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room comfort care combined with psychological and behavioral intervention for primiparous women undergoing cesarean section can effectively reduce their negative emotions and pain,and decrease the incidence of complications.
