摘  要:在汽车与零部件协同设计研发过程中,供应商优选是决定汽车设计研发成功的重要环节。为解决供应商优选这一种多属性决策问题,需要综合考虑整车厂与供应商之间的因果关系与相互影响。本文融合DEMATEL和灰色关联算法设计了供应商优选模型。该模型首先利用DEMATEL算法计算供应商参数的权重区间,以体现参数之间的关联关系。然后,利用灰色关联度计算供应商排序值,考虑到参数的波动性和不确定性,并为用户输出最优的供应商。通过算例验证表明,本文提出的算法能够生成供应商QoS关键指标的区间数,并计算关键指标的权重参数,最终输出供应商优选排序方案。该算法具备有效性和实际可用性,能为企业的供应商优选决策提供参考。In the collaborative design and development process of automobiles and parts,it is important to select supplier to ensure the success rate.To solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem of supplier selection,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the causal relationship and mutual influence between the vehicle manufacturer and the supplier.This paper integrates the DEMATEL method and gray correlation algorithms to design a supplier selection model.The model first uses the DEMATEL algorithm to calculate the weight interval of the supplier parameters to reflect the correlations.Then,the supplier ranking value is calculated by using gray correlation degree,taking into account the volatility and uncertainty of the parameters.The optimal supplier output is provided for the user.The example verification shows that the algorithm proposed in this paper can generate the number of intervals of the QoS key indicators of the supplier and calculate the weight parameters of the key indicators,and finally output the supplier selection ranking scheme.This algorithm has effectiveness and practicality,which can provide reference for the optimal supplier selection of enterprises.
