摘 要:接触网零部件在服役过程中由于复杂载荷和大气腐蚀作用易发生微动腐蚀损伤,导致紧固件松动、脱落。采用自行研发的微动腐蚀试验机,研究了在模拟海洋大气环境下,微动频率对接触网零部件常用材料6082铝合金微动腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在较大位移幅值时,频率对材料的微动运行状态影响不明显,而在较小的位移幅值时,材料表面在低频时更易发生滑动。随着频率的不断升高,摩擦副间的摩擦系数不断增大,同时材料在微动过程中的电化学腐蚀速率也逐渐加快。磨痕宽度、深度及磨损体积随着频率的增加而减小。当频率较低时,材料的损伤机制主要为磨粒磨损、剥层以及严重的电化学腐蚀作用;当频率较高时,损伤机制主要为磨粒磨损、机械作用导致的疲劳以及较为轻微的电化学腐蚀作用。During service,contact network components of high speed rail are prone to fretting corrosion damage due to complex loading and atmospheric corrosion,leading to loosening and component failure.This study used a self-developed fretting-corrosion apparatus to investigate the effect of frequency on the fretting corrosion behavior of 6082 aluminum alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution.The experimental results indicate that when the displacement amplitude is large,the frequency has no obvious influence on the fretting state of the material,but when the displacement amplitude is small,the surface of the material is more likely to slip at low frequency.As frequency increased,the friction coefficient increases.The corrosion rate is accelerated with the increase of frequency as well.The volume loss decreases with the increase of frequency.When the frequency is low,the damage mechanism of materials is mainly abrasive wear,peeling and serious electrochemical corrosion,while when the frequency is high,the damage mechanism is mainly abrasive wear,fatigue caused by mechanical action and slight electrochemical corrosion.
